谷正亚父亲谷绍熙,男,汉族,中共党员,1924年11月6日生于江苏省淮安市涟水县灰墩区,1944年参军(武工队)同年加入中国共产党,中国人民解放军,历任战士、排长、武装工作队队员二十军五十八师一七四团收发站长、浙江省慈溪县财税局观城税务所所长,浙江省绍兴钢铁厂工人,绍兴公路总段职工,江苏省淮阴地区涟水县工商管理局高沟工商所驻红灯公社工商管理员。经历过抗日战争、解放战争和抗美援朝战争。解放前参加过对敌斗争数十次,参加过淮海战役、渡江战役,两次入朝参加抗美援朝战争。1957年整风反右时被错误处理; 1963年精减回祖籍,江苏省淮阴地区涟水县高沟公社常沟大队、东谷生产小队; 1980年落实右派政策,恢复公职,安排在涟水县工商行政管理局高沟工商行政管理所、驻红灯公社任工商行政管理员; 1980年10月 提前退休; 1983年1 月20日改离休享受县处级老干部待遇; 1998年8月 15日在原籍涟水县高沟地区中心卫生院因病去逝,享年76岁。
