党的报告提出，推动能源清洁低碳高效利用，推进工业、建筑、交通等领域清洁低碳转型。因此，作为绿色建筑的代表，装配式建筑迎来了发展的新契机。据了解，目前，全国已有20多个省份出台了与装配式建筑相关的扶持政策和补贴制度标准，以此为抓手，推动绿色、低碳、循环的建筑发展方式落地。宏杰建筑于1993年扎根于塔机租赁行业，主要从事特种起塔吊机销售租赁、建筑用电梯销售租赁、汽车吊车销售租赁、运输车辆租赁等业务。企业发展与时俱进，每一步都踩在时代的鼓点上，以自己的方式助力建筑企业发展转型。上世纪90年代，随着中国土建工程领域总承包模式的推广，塔机租赁行业野蛮生长，企业数量虽急剧增加，却也因管理水平低、设备管理不规范，出现安全生产事故频发问题。面对工人们流汗又流血的困境，郭庆均痛心疾首，暗下决心，定要创建一家能够确保安全生产的企业，以微芒照亮建筑安全之路。

Theparty＇s20thannualreportcallsforpromotingclean，low－carbonandefficientuseofenergy，andpromotingthetransformationofcleanandlow－carbonenergyinindustry，construction，transportationandotherfields．Therefore，asarepresentativeofgreenbuildings，prefabricatedbuildingshaveusheredinanewopportunityfortheirdevelopment．Itisunderstoodthatatpresent，morethan20provincesinthecountryhaveintroducedsupportpoliciesandsubsidysystemstandardsrelatedtoprefabricatedbuildings，asastartingpointtopromotetheimplementationofgreen，low－carbonandcircularbuildingdevelopmentmode．HongjieConstructionwasrootedinthetowercraneleasingindustryin1993，mainlyengagedinthespecialtowercranesalesleasing，constructionelevatorsalesleasing，carcranesalesleasing，transportationvehicleleasingandotherbusinesses．ThedevelopmentofenterpriseskeepspacewithTheTimes，andeverystepissteppingonthedrumpointofTheTimes，andhelpsthedevelopmentandtransformationofconstructionenterprisesintheirownway．Inthe1990s，withthepromotionofthegeneralcontractingmodeinthefieldofcivilengineeringinChina，thetowercraneleasingindustrygrewbrutally．Althoughthenumberofenterprisesincreasedsharply，therewerefrequentproductionaccidentsduetothelowmanagementlevelandirregularequipmentmanagement．Inthefaceoftheplightofworkerssweatingandbleeding，GuoQingjunwasdistressedanddeterminedtocreateanenterprisethatcanensuresafeproductionandilluminatetheroadofconstructionsafetywithasmalllight．

孤军奋战，其力有限。众志成城，坚不可摧。安全生产是绿色建筑施工过程绕不开的痛点难题，也是宏杰建筑在发展历程中始终高悬心头的第一要务。在建筑施工过程中，塔机承担着80％以上施工原材料的运输作业，关系着施工现场的核心安全。根据2021年9月1日起施行的新《安全生产法》，若塔机发生重大安全事故，企业区域内项目停工7天起、企业区域内禁止招投标30天起，项目相关人员承担刑事责任，公司相关人员要接受党政处罚或下马，其安全性不容忽视。作为绿色建筑的代表，装配式建筑是未来发展重要方向。和传统施工相比，装配式建筑对塔机的吊装承载力及吊装精度要求远高于传统的建筑方法，对专业性技术人才需求旺盛。且塔机租赁本身属于知识密集型行业，涉及金融、税收、法律等各种专业知识，因此，像宏杰建筑这样的企业，在发展过程中存在大量人才缺口，尤其亟需引进高素质人才。郭庆均深知，硬实力、软实力，归根结底离不开人才实力。可是高强度的塔机作业，技术壁垒深，门槛高，从哪里发掘技术型工匠、数字化人才，让他们能够和自己一起携手并进，在绿色建筑发展的事业上发光发热呢？面对如此棘手的难题，郭庆均将目光放在了退伍军人和大学生身上。他深知退伍军人吃苦耐劳，不怕困难，能打硬仗；大学生综合素质强，知识面广，敢想敢拼，都是可造之材，若是能将他们吸引进自己的公司，那么企业必定能够百尺竿头更进一步。因此，在企业成立之初，郭庆均就将炽热的家国情怀化为了对退伍军人和大学生的厚爱，他主动联系退伍军人管理部门、教育部门、高校机构，制定优惠政策，在公司的运营机制中规定“要将不低于30％的岗位留给退役军人或者是大学生”。一花独放不是春，百花齐放春满园。吸引人才，需要有合作共赢的思维，郭庆均意识到，若要培养更多的大国工匠，必须要给予这些英才归属感、获得感，让他们与宏杰建筑共同成长，相得益彰。

于是，郭庆均大胆创新，他创办了工程设备行业退役军人创新创业研究中心，并于2020年，推动宏杰建筑设备与中国开发区协会共同成立平台经济委员会，并担任副理事长。2021年成立了塔吊行业创新创业研究中心，搭建数字化建筑劳务平台。通过平台大数据工具，实现了培训协同化、劳务用工数字化，劳务人员管理规范化及设备租赁、安装维修、技术输出、投资等一站式服务体系输出服务，链接产业上下游，提升公司服务水平。退伍军人和大学生加入宏杰建筑，不是成为企业的打工人，而是成为事业的合作者。郭庆均承诺，“只要退伍军人或是大学生愿意加入我们，那么他就不需要担心资金、技术、管理问题，宏杰建筑设备可以为他们提供专业培训，让他们没有创业的后顾之忧。”宏杰建筑不仅以老带新，薪火相传，帮助培养能工巧匠，还为他们提供资金支持，提出参股分公司前期所有的管理费用实行免费，包含公司品牌、文化、渠道等资源免费授权给分公司使用，帮助退伍军人和大学生解决创业资金、技术难题。济济多士，乃成大业；人才蔚起，事业方兴。宏杰建筑与大学生、退伍军人携手共进，共赢商机，共同富裕，也通过这样的方式，初步形成了遍布全国的业务网络，提升市场覆盖率和服务响应能力，不断超越，引领行业发展。

2022“童心圆梦”——传递爱心，放飞梦想公益活动

知所从来，思所将往，方明所去。宏杰建筑，乘着时代发展东风而起，万里征程风正劲，离不开社会沃土支持，对此，宏杰建筑铭刻在怀，不忘回报，始终热心公益，以点滴温暖，诠释企业责任。百年大计，教育为本。唯有人才振兴，则乡村才能振兴；唯有乡村振兴，则中国才能复兴。在中国梦的践行路上，宏杰建筑汇聚力量，躬耕实干，以慈善公益行动，助力乡村教育。2018年，宏杰建筑参与创立上海启明星公益基金会，郭庆均担任副理事长，并参与发起“童心圆梦公益计划”。身为计划负责人，郭庆均多次深入云贵川等欠发达地区，深度参与对该地区儿童、大学生及弱势群体的公益帮扶，帮助他们“童心圆梦，放飞梦想”，让这群乡村少年的未来更加美好。在郭庆均的带领下，圆梦计划的公益爱心志愿者们通过一次次学习成长主题活动，打开孩子们的视野，激发起他们的好奇心，让他们逐渐求学好学，大大提升了学习积极性。以郭庆均家乡叙永县麻城乡田林小学为例，这里的孩子因为爱心公益活动的帮扶，学习成绩不断提升，学校排名从原来的排名80名左右到2021年考试成绩在全县排名前三名，全班51个孩子中就有4人考入全县前100名，优异的成绩引起了县委、县政府的高度重视，当地县政府领导亲赴学校，参加2022年“六一儿童节”活动，与孩子们共同庆祝，欢度“六一”。融融爱意温暖了孩子们的心，大家纷纷写信，以稚嫩的笔体写下了对郭庆均和宏杰建筑的感谢，对此郭庆均却不肯居功，他教导孩子们不必感谢他，只需要好好读书，将来回馈家乡，传递温暖。“公益不是一个人做很多，而是每个人都做一点。我们只期待，这条路上的人越来越多，能做成的事情就会越来越多，这个世界就会变得更美好。”宏杰建筑在发展自身的同时，始终不忘践行企业社会责任，即便在疫情之中，宏杰建筑因经济下行，发展承压，也依然牢记企业使命，向麻城镇应急救援指挥中心捐赠应急物资：大、中型消毒设备10台、可移动发电机4台，车载喊话器16个、应急电源灯30个、应急强光电筒60个，便携式小电筒80个，应急帐篷4个，保障疫情应急指挥工作，以绵薄之力传递企业力量。新时代，新征程。绿色发展是时代大势所趋，践行之路道阻且长，更需创新助力赋能。过去三十年，宏杰建筑深耕建筑领域，沐浴改革开放的春风，在市场经济体制中蓬勃发展，与中国的城镇化建设相伴而行，它见证了中国建造的迅猛发展，未来也同样将与时俱进，紧抓绿色建筑的历史机遇，奏响属于自己的时代凯歌。

上海启明星公益基金会到麻城镇田林小学开展爱心捐赠活动

6月21日，由上海启明星公益基金会联合上海市杨波民办国际学校、上海京鼎动漫科技有限公司、上海长三角商创科技基金会共同发起的“童心圆梦、义起献爱心”活动来到麻城镇田林小学，为学校的孩子们送去温暖和关爱。

在这个特殊的日子，由原来的学校学生郭庆均现任浙江宏杰建筑设备集团有限公司董事长的关心支持引导下，多年来对田林小学支持与付出，用“童心圆梦，放飞梦想”为活动主题，二零二一年，本小学一个班，五十一个孩子，考进全县一百名的四个，今年小升初，全校37名学生中考上两个，孩子们的优秀都是通过“童心圆梦，放飞梦想”，和老师、校长等，配合下迎来了今天喜人的成绩，郭庆均先生会一直用“童心圆梦，放飞梦想”，今天又为我们小学送来几万元的学习用品，，也迎来了薛书记等，到了学校见过小朋友们讲了原来的他们和参与活动后面的感受，真实的故事，感人的温暖。

捐赠仪式上，少先队员代表为参加活动的爱心人士系上红领巾；同学们向大家展示了一幅幅精美的画卷，让大家看到他们五彩斑斓的童年世界和有趣愉悦的学习时光。上海启明星公益基金会向田林小学捐赠了价值三万余元的图书和音乐、体育、绘画器材，鼓励孩子们好好学习、快乐生活，在关心的阳光下健康茁壮成长，做有梦想、有行动的好少年。
